Dunree yurt
Dunree yurt is named after Fort Dunree (Dun Fhraoigh which means ‘fort of the heather’) and Dunree Lighthouse – both situated over on the Inishowen Peninsula. Situated close to all facilities, this yurt enjoys fabulous unspoilt views across Lough Swilly and Knockalla hillside.*
Inside the yurt you will find a woodburning stove and a king sized bed. Outside you will find a small firepit, and a picnic table and bench. There are also poles for hanging your hammock (provided) if the weather allows.
(*previous visitors to our site may notice that Dunree has changed location in 2022. We have taken it from the higher hillside down to the middle of our site – closer to facilities by popular request. If you prefer the isolated location of the hillside please note that Crocullia is still available in its’ original location)
